Hague Apostille
The Hague Apostille certifies that a public document is authentic and has the official validity of the country issuing the document, giving it international recognition to carry out different procedures where the presentation of the document is required.
More than 150 countries accept documents that have their respective Hague Apostille, such as:
- The Hague Conference currently has 85 Members: 84 States and one Regional Organization for Economic Integration. Information available at https://www.hcch.net/en/states/hcch-members
- The following 70 States are not Members of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, however, they have signed, ratified or adhered to one or more Hague Agreements or have initiated the process to become Members.
